Should you have a change of mind on receipt of your order we are happy to accept return of the delivery provided that the condition is as sold and that the material is still in its original packaging.
There will be a 20% restocking charge for this service. We are unable to credit for the original cost of transport for delivering the material as this is a separate service.
The customer is responsible for arranging for the goods to be returned to our premises at their cost and for ensuring they are suitably packed for transit. Should the customer wish to return an item to us, we ask that they contact us prior to arranging the return to book a date, so we can supply the full address details for the return as this is not the same address as our invoice address due to the access restrictions. The refund would then be raised on receipt and positive inspection of the material returned.
Many apologies but we are unable to accept returns of excess stock/leftovers.
We must be informed of any breakages or refund requests within one day of the material being delivered.
